Engaged in the Sales process of Houses in a Residential Real Estate Project. My job functions as follows:• First contact with the customers in the Business Office or in the CAPAC Fair, to provide guidance about all the portfolio of Houses that we were selling.• If the customer showed interest in any option, I took all their personal information and sent by email all the requirements they needed to buy the house.• When the customer replies back, I had to check all the information collected. If everything was ok, I forward the information to different bank agents for them to analyzed them and make their mortgage quotations to our customers.
