Key responsibilities:Organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.Planning and coordinating food and beverages menus.Managing stock levels and ordering supplies.Organising private parties for large groups.Managing performance, attendance and shifts of kitchen staff and waiters. Responding to customer complaints. Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards.Managing staff and providing them with feedback.

Responsible for managing the cash return of four restaurants and the front office desk.Generating cash related documents and account reports. Identifying and communicating any accounting related issues to management promptly.
