Consistently sought out to run the most complex plant evolutions and train peers on aspects of plant operations.• Planned and supervised the installation of a new rod control system, prime standard alignment of a primary pressure instrument, change out of a nuclear interment, installation of new air particulate detectors and rewiring of numerous primary plant instruments.• As Ships Diving Officer and Assistant Engineer improved the commands operational performance by safely executing 10 submarine dives, countless engineering drills, and several critical administrative programs.
