This position includes project take offs, dock designing, creating proposals, managing sales and permitting departments. Managing sales required conducting follow up calls with potential clients, set up face to face meetings for modifications or to close proposals. Also consists of computer aided drafting with (AutoCAD 2018), GIS mapping, project modifications, project detailing and external referencing of Microsoft files. The daily work duties involve online permitting applications with all forms of DEP Permits and Local Permit applications. It also requires extensive experience reviewing submerged land leases, property boundary surveys, bathymetric surveys and advanced work with computer programs Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Current work emphasizes time management, professionalism.

This position with the US Army Corp of Engineers involved mitigation inspections, project inspections and reviewing job compliance. The daily duties required a proficiency in current environmental mitigation practices as well as monitoring required by US Army Corp permits and site inspections. It also included permit compliance checks and file purging. File purging required mitigation credits verifications, on and off-site mitigation monitoring report verification. Permitting compliance checks allowed close work with environmental consulting firms.
