I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. My passion lies in helping individuals with diverse needs reach their full potential and improve their quality of life. With experience in data collection and analysis, I am committed to implementing evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior change and foster meaningful progress. Over my time with the company I have implemented ABA interventions based on the principles of reinforcement and behavior reduction techniques. My job entails working alongside Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to monitor progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. I have utilized data collection methods, such as ABC (Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence) charts, to track behavior and make data-driven decisions as well as conducted functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify the root cause of challenging behaviors. I regularly train parents and caregivers in behavior management strategies to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings. I have also consistently maintained accurate and detailed records of client progress and intervention strategies while fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment to encourage client engagement and learning.
