Failure to comply with these limits had already cost other firms multi-billion dollar fines.● Responsible for both back-end systems to source and load the data and the front-end web GUI used to manage the data operationally.● Set up a streamlined interview process, including code sample questions, and a database of common technical questions for the unit● Provided guidance and defined procedures for our QA operations team (14 team members), production operations team (9 members), level 1 support team (65 members), and our level 2 support team (31 members).● Trained unit members in the basics of securities trading● Developed and supported tools to perform Extract-Transform-Load operations in a historical time-series database
