-Deliver Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid to community organizations throughout Harris County.-Support the Community Training Department as needed for training functions and promotion.-Continue developing trainer skills through webinars and continuing education.

-Developed and implemented direct intervention for a caseload of 450 students to resolve accessibility barriers for students taking classes in the university setting‬‬‬‬‬‬-Coordinated community resources for students to address academic, behavioral, and social needs that impacted students in the colleges of education and biomedical and veterinary sciences.-Created and managed the Spectrum Living Learning Community for 10 students on the Autism Spectrum to receive academic, social, and emotional learning support aimed at increasing success in the college setting-Collaborated with campus staff and faculty in determining and implementing strategies for students disabilities while successfully administering academic accommodations

-Assessed each client and families to assist in creating a plan to meet current service needs and discharge requirements-Documented services in the EPIC EHRS by the end of the business day in which the encounter occurred-Participated in interdisciplinary rounds to adequately meet the holistic needs of patients-Advocated on behalf of patients to community resources and insurance providers to decrease service gaps in discharge plans-Provided psychosocial education to patients about their health care and treatment plan to support participation in medical planning and treatment compliance

-Conducted interactive interviews with students about their study skills and academic needs as students working to succeed in the postsecondary education setting-Supervised a team of 4 Typewell Transcribers and managed a $90,000+ budget to pay for interpreting and transcription services-Assisted in staffing and implementing the three day 2013 Arkansas College Bound readiness program for high school Junior and Seniors considering or preparing to transition from high school to postsecondary education-Intervened in problem situations to facilitate strategies to address accommodation and academic conflict between students and faculty to deescalate the situation and maximize student participation in the learning environment
