Whether I’m in the classroom, interacting with families and community members, or working in an administrative role, my passion is to partner with others to reach our greatest potential together. Incorporating design thinking and developing a growth mindset are focus points to be successful. Specific areas of note are working with inclusion teachers, serving on a district committee to create a success plan for EL’s, and developing SEL material with grade level counselors. Through modeling continuous improvement and reflection, my goal is to encourage all within my sphere of influence to take one more step to improve themselves and in turn build capacity for the future.
