I currently work at and Co-founded TearRestore, Inc. where I lead Operations, Finance, and Customer Support. TearRestore manufactures and sells over-the-counter products for dry eye disease. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering in May 2012. I was an intern at Medtronic as a Materials Science Intern from December 2009 to August 2012 where my work consisted mostly with the characterization of metal/ceramic materials and failure analysis with the use of optical/electron microscopy.I worked as a Defect Reduction Engineer at Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, Minnesota from September of 2014 to April 2014. My work consisted mostly with projects reducing potential yield issues found in semiconductor device processing. I worked as a Process Development Engineer and Engineering Manager for Medtronic MECC. Designing and improving laser/resistance welding processes for Medtronic energy components, then leading a team of engineers and technicians supporting operations where I learned project management and leadership skills.I passed the Fundamental of Engineering (FE) Examination in the spring of 2013.
