I consult on the modelling and simulation of physical systems, as well as the software layers which make make insights from those simulations available to the rest of the business.My company, Full Stack Simulation LLC, is so named because it takes a complex tech stack to deploy a simulation and maximize the value it provides, and I take pride in seeing the design and implementation of simulation applications through from the underlying equations all the way to the user interface.Examples of solutions I have worked on:-Deploying simulations to the cloud for large, highly parallelized parameter sweeps-Creating detailed multibody models of automotive suspensions-Programming high level, parametric models of engines, transmissions, and aerodynamics for simulation of a full vehicle-Deploying models to real time environments for hardware/human-in-the-loop applications-Attaching steady state solvers to existing dynamic simulations, allowing key system properties to be calculated orders of magnitude faster than before-Programming fast, intuitive user interfaces for desktop simulation applications-Writing web based user interfaces to connect cloud based simulations and result databases to end users-Creating specialized data visualization software to gain new insights from existing dataPreferred Simulation StackModeling: Dymola/ModelicaModel Export: FMISimulation Application Backend: C#Front end: C#/WPF (Desktop), Javascript/Typescript and React or Angular (Web)In addition to the languages above, I am fluent in python, C, rust and F#, and familiar with MATLAB, ruby, and C++.
