I support 25 store locations and over 50 users in the central region. I manage all point of sale devices both on premise and remotely, by performing routing maintenance in compliance with company standards, User management for access and enrollment in Intune, device support and user support in Intune. I also use servicenow for ticketing, asset management, and knowledge base. I also use beyond trust to access devices remotely and troublshoot issues, Collaborate with other teams and provide how-to to customers. I also use beyond trust to access android/IOS devices to provide technical support. I performed windows updates, driver updates, installation and troubleshooting of WAN/LAN, Cat 6e cabling, IP configuration of assets, Windows configuration and deployment of assets.

I install POS systems for McDonalds, Dairy Queens, and Taco Bells. I install registers, cash drawers, epson printers, patch panels, network switches, firewalls, Drive through Camera, Network racks, Display monitors, Verifone Card readers, barcode scanners, I install self order kiosks, I also run and terminate cat5e cables to all pos related devices. I also provide product support for the Point of sale devices.

I take incoming calls, and offer excellent customer service. I solve, troubleshoot and identify issues with terminals by end users.
