Provided oversight of inspection teams to ensure inspections are conducted to standard and resolves discrepancies with the appropriate authority.• Led the development and execution of the No Notice Army Cyber Readiness Assessment (NNACRA), which utilized an innovative approach to evaluate risk to the DODIN by considering both the threat and critical vulnerabilities. Successfully completed the first assessment and produced a consolidated sustainment OPORD for CCRI and NNACRA by consolidating multiple directives and guidance into a single source.

Managed efforts to document capability gaps and reduce system redundancy across Army Medicine, including conducting risk assessments across DOTMLPF-P domains for IM/IT systems.• Led efforts to synchronize investment management across services, identified path to absorb $2.2B budget cut, and documented requirements, specs, and investments of 300 Army Medicine IT systems to yield $200M in cost savings and establish enterprise capabilities within the Military Health System.
