As a Training and Development Specialist at Dura-Line, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing and military sectors, as well as my education in organizational psychology and human resource management, to create and implement impactful training and development programs for the company's global employees. I work with various stakeholders, such as managers, supervisors, and subject matter experts, to identify and assess the training needs, objectives, and outcomes of each program, and to ensure they are aligned with the company's vision, values, and goals.My passion for the human element and my skills in leadership, teamwork, and time management enable me to deliver high-quality training and development solutions that enhance the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of Dura-Line's workforce. I also apply continuous improvement principles and best practices to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the training and development processes and materials. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas, where I aim to further develop my competencies and knowledge in this field.
