Human Resources Representative
Current- Conduct daily new hire orientation and onboarding, perform data entry across various Human Resources systems, and serve as the front desk receptionist addressing questions and concerns over phone and email- Correspond with managers and employees in all departments regarding Employment Eligibility Compliance, Work Study, Fingerprint Background Verifications, DMV Pull Notice, and Non-Resident Alien Tax Compliance- Catalog Docusigns from Undergrad and Grad Students Association, Student Media, and Services & Enterprises
