Raised in a simple town and now it's a city, I got the opportunity to learn how life is unfair, hard and full of restrictions. But these are also the factors that mold me into a person that I want to be, resilient, passion, compassionate, professionalism and a leader.As I explore this life, I did different jobs that I didn't expect to happen. When I was on my teen's stage, I am like a timid and afraid of the things that I didn't want to do. But when I started my university life, it was all changed. I started to take leadership tasks and became the class representatives and turned into a university board member in our student government.After my university years, I took jobs that were not in line with my degree. I became a blogger for a couple of months and got the opportunity to work with the best e-commerce guru in my country, Ms. Janette Toral before I was hired as a Layout designer for a magazine in our Provincial Government.After a month at the same institution, I was tasked to make news articles for their website and a television reporter for their TV station. I have also been part of their morning news report at the Radio station of the same company.But when the Typhoon Bopha, which was one of the deadliest typhoons, struck the Philippines, specifically on my province, I became the secretary of my boss and assigned to make appointments, coordinate with the United Nations OCHA and other international NGOs. I also did presentations for him and updates all the information that he needed for the meetings he attended while retaining my other jobs as a news writer and tv reporter. I also help him with the formulation of the Rehabilitation plan for the victims of the said typhoon.In my new job at a different company I do HR planning, managing our IT infrastructure and creative marketing designs for the agency.And with these experiences, I enhanced my competencies in leadership, analysis, professionalism, innovative thinking and decision making.
