I am a self-motivated and disciplined personnel with a passion for engineering project management and a desire to work as a professional for a large firm. My journey has been more fun than expected and this kept my passion growing as the days go by. When it comes to my area of profession, I have been very diverse working in different fields and my key attribute I believe all colleagues and superiors would say about me is being a problem solver and team leader who has great attention to details. My first experience was at Briggs and Stratton in Sydney, Australia. I first started as a project coordinator responsible for monitoring project teams activities and ensuring timelines and projects were in adherence to clients and stakeholders. I am a good relationship builder who is great at listening to clients, articulating product benefits and creating solutions to maximize value to our clients/stakeholders. As a team great leader and player, I always maintain a good environment within the team and encouraging each member to participate which normally meets the goal of the organization. Got the opportunity to learn some new software skills to which boosted my confidence in IT and computing.After over 2 years working for Briggs and Stratton in Sydney, Australia, I journeyed back home where I got employed on a contract basis at the Ministry of Work and Housing Public Works Department of Accra. Within this organization, I facilitated and performed administrative duties communicating directly with the Chief Engineer, Clients and Stakeholders. In this organization, I was responsible for communicating project expectations and generating workflows. I also used to provide client support services regarding project activities and strategic solutions via providing consultancy services. Due to my past experiences, I have developed a strong skill set that enables me to be efficient and effective within a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative working environment. I am proactively searching for a Project Manager/Administrator/Coordinator position that could enable me to transfer my attributes as an efficient player within any organization. I look to contribute to the success of any organization as well as have a positive influence on its members.
