My responsibilities were traveling local and international doing installation and services of Medical and Computer equipment for our clients. These equipment that I work with range from medical devices, computers, servers, workstations, and network devices. I've assisted sales people with presentations and coordinated meetings with managers and staff to smoothly facilitate installation and training. I have conducted meetings and represented our company with various agencies in order to comply with regulations needed to complete an installation within a hospital.

My responsibilities as a Biomed 2 Engineer is to receive, test, rebuild, repair, approve, maintain and troubleshoot any and all medical equipment that we have and are delivered to the hospital. Preventive maintenance was constant so as to ensure that non of the equipment would fail in times of need and that there will be no risk to either staff or patients of the hospital. Computer repair and troubleshooting to component level is just a part of the responsibilities and knowledge that I carry while working for Resurrection Health Care.

Ensuring that all customers were satisfied with their purchases and experience while shopping at Best Buy. I was promoted to supervisor within 6 mos of working for Best Buy and I received the Most Valuable Personnel Award 3 times while being employed with this corporation. I did above and beyond the call of responsibilities as a supervisor and as an employee for this company which I will be happy to share in my interview.

My responsibility was dispatching couriers to different clients within the Bay area to transport packages big and small locally or internationally. I also made sure that all documents and paperwork were complete and in order to make sure the shipments would go through customs smoothly. I filled in for field positions whenever necessary to ensure customer satisfaction with all our clients. I also assisted in going through paperwork in accounting to ensure that financial distribution would be done orderly and completed on time.

I worked the night shift for Truxx, the manpower services for Korean Air Cargo, while I was working for World Courier during the day. I was head of the shipping and receiving department and assured that all shipment that we received and transported had the proper documentation and paperwork. I am proud to share the moment when we were able to make a shipment go through the flight without delay even though the warehouse staff had decided to do a walkout and quit their jobs one evening in the start of their shift.
