I was contacted by the head of the IT department to begin working as an IT assistant. While working as an IT assistant, I installed an extension of QuickBooks to all computers/clients on the network that used QuickBooks as their primary software. As well as logging into many servers to get information that was needed to sufficiently support customer's needs.
