Eadington Executive Development Program. He is the Europe District Manager for the Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) a unit of the Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G-9 Business Operations. He began his gaming career at Atlantic City’s Bally Park Place, subsequently working at the Tropicana in Atlantic City before gaining employment with the ARMP. His first duty assignment with the ARMP was Uijongbu, Korea in 1992. Other duty assignments included Daegu in Korea, Frankfurt, Kitzingen, and Vilseck in Germany, and Okinawa, Japan. Offered an Operations Manager position in 2005, he launched an ARMP field office operation partnered with the U.S. Navy in Naples, Italy, one of the first such partnerships with the U.S. Navy in Europe. The assignment included not only providing slot gaming to Naples, Italy, but to Souda Bay, Greece and La Maddalena, Sardinia and providing logistical support in moving equipment throughout the region. Jay was selected as the Operations Manager for Kaiserslautern Field Office, the largest of nine ARMP Europe District offices, in 2009. In March 2018, Jay was selected for Europe District Manager. The ARMP Europe District Office oversees nine slot gaming field offices. Six offices operate within US Army Europe and three offices are partnered with US Navy Region Europe. ARMP EDO consists of 25 staff operating over 800 electronic gaming machines generating profits supporting quality of life programs for soldiers and sailors worldwide.
