I am a managing partner at Banyan Collaborative where I work alongside our clients to create cultures where new ideas and actions emerge and take root, creating effective and lasting positive outcomes. My efforts include providing presentations, training, and workshops; technical assistance and leadership development; organization development; and campaigns, tools and resources.I use my background from years of research exploring what influences behavior, the role of culture, and how to be effective in creating change to assist organizations and communities in becoming more effective and achieving the outcomes they want.

I helped grow the Center from a staff of 2 to 8 with additional part-time professional staff. I raised over $6M in research funding and led numerous projects working at the federal, state, and local levels. I published several peer reviewed articles and contributed to the book, Traffic Safety Culture: Definition, Foundation, and Application (2019).

Managed the Prevention and Wellness Office of a regional hospital leading and overseeing projects to prevent underage drinking, improve outcomes for youth, cancer prevention, tobacco prevention, and related efforts.
