Review requests for technology related purchases. Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of a print management system (Wepa). Coordinate application builds with systems engineer. Coordinate the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance for classroom audio/video projects totaling $750,000. Responsible for asset management lifecycle for end user computer equipment and peripherals. Point of contact and committee member during Armstrong State and Georgia Southern University consolidation meetings involving Faculty/staff/student computer migration and configuration. Create scripts to acquire hardware inventory data used for migration and imaging of campus computers during the university consolidation process.

Manage daily operations of a university IT help desk using ServiceNow platform; Provide tier 1 and tier 2 level support to 500+ faculty/staff and 6000+ student end users. Manage a staff of 7 full and part time employees. Actively provide IT support to users & facilitate escalation to subject matter experts as needed. Generate reports for CIO and directors. Review technology purchase requests. Support and maintain campus Audio Video systems
