• Forecasting the demand for feature / part on monthly basis for 3 NCR manufacturing plants through ERP and Kinaxis. • Upgrading and publishing the latest configurations requirement to meet-out customer across various products. • Planning the forecast accurately with consideration on lead time, demand time fence and transit time. • Aligning the metrics for Business per Production planning on Weekly and Monthly basis. • Monitoring and removing forecast for discontinued products (features/parts) to avoid excess inventory. • Taken care of NPI (New Product Introduction) activities for NCR manufacturing products. • Updating NFC-New Feature Combination for new features in ERP based on DR / RFC engineering changes. • Ensuring Top-line Unit demand equals feature forecast Publish with 100% completeness by Plant. • Identifying high volatility RM inventory parts (Expedites) and taken appropriate actions in forecasting. • Handling a global call on weekly basis with Demand planning team to get insights for accurate forecast planning. • Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning. • Validating the post published forecast with Supply planning team to ensure the forecast signal is good to go for MRP. • On time OSS (Optimized specific sourcing) lifting features in Plant for quick Order release through ERP.• NPI products/features/Kits sourcing set ups in Kinaxis and Source code updates in ERP and GSDB. • Monitoring - ASL, Virtual Org sourcing SRA run and Default Shipping Org for the smooth order scheduling executions.
