The Externship experience through University of Central Florida gave a wonderful opportunity to know first hand about the work culture in the IT industry, especially, pharmaceutical technology industry. It included shadowing different people, in different departments each day. The work of a network Administrator making the whole company seamlessly connect and work through the work done in the back end was exceptionally motivating. Got the experience and knowledge to connect different departments in different physical locations under a single "Umbrella". Also, equally valuable was the knowledge of development and testing teams who allowed us to learn about the life cycle of products in the company, from its initial modelling state to final launch.
