At Democracy, I developed my creative skills further by working with some of the biggest clients of my career. With these clients came bigger projects, and in that, the work that I am most proud of.My creative skills were introduced to the world of PR, but with my five years marketing agency experience, I was able to keep up in the fast, reactive nature of being the first out there with the story. My design knowledge fell right into place and it was the perfect environment to create my best work to date.My video production skills were used on promotional shoots, by capturing the footage I knew would work for the project and directly editing video assets for delivery.Graphic design abilities were utilized for assets on social media platforms, product and packaging design for promotion and print design for brochures and leaflets.All the while developing the Democracy brand with a new website design, streamlining management of creative briefs, tutoring junior designers and expanding the creative the agency can directly pitch to clients.

At Return I have developed my creative skills to achieve award winning results and I have been able to offer new services that the agency couldn't before, widening our client base and offering a morecomplete digital marketing service.
