Responsibilities:  Preparing Testing and Commissioning Procedures for Electrical and ELV system based on Borouge General Specifications. Responsible for Preparation and submission of all documentations prior to start Testing and Commissioning activities and Ready For Start Up (RFSU) stages of the project. Attends weekly T&C meeting with the contractors , project consultant and Client to update the status & concerns of Testing and Commissioning Procedures, preparation and submission.  Conduct and perform Testing and commissioning activities for Electrical System witnessing by TPI, Contractor & Client. Preparing T&C Dossiers/Testing and Commissioning reports Authorized & Certified Permit Reciever of Borouge in B3-NPB Projects & B1/B2 areas. Authorized Lock Out Tag out (LOTO) coordinator/personnel  Authorized as one of the Energy Marshalls of Electrical Commissioning Department Responsible for Electrical Distribution System Energization / De-Energization and Commissioning of Electrical Equipment such as 2 Nos. of (ABB) 33KV / 12.5 MVA Oil Type Transformers, 8 Nos. of (ABB) 11KV/3.15 MVA Oil Type Transformers & 2 Nos. of (ABB) 11KV / 3.15 MVA Dry Type Transformers, 11 KV Medium Voltage Switchgear, 0.415 KV Low Voltage Switchgear, Motor Control Center, Sub Main Distribution Boards and Distribution Boards up to all outgoing feeders. Responsible for Testing and Commissioning of ELV System such as CCTV System, Structured Cabling and Digital Active Network System, ACS System, Public Address System & Fire Alarm Detection System.

 Responsible for Leading the Electrical QAQC & Commissioning Team to conduct internal inspection for all Electrical Installations (First Fix, Second Fix & Final Fix) Construction Stages. Responsible for obtaining Consultant and Client approvals of Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request and Testing for ELV and LV system. Responsible for Material Inspection approval for all ELV and LV System running items and major equipment’s. Conducting Toolbox Talks for Supervisors and Engineers, Managers regarding approved Method Statement, Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plan. Responsible for the issuance of Internal Site Observation Reports and Non-Conformances Report within JLW and Subcontractors. Responsible for Preparation of Method Statement for Both Installation and Testing and Commissioning Procedures / Method Statement. Responsible for conducting hand ons Cold test (Insulation Resistance Test & Continuity Test) for both ELV System and LV System Attending Factory Acceptance Test for LV Switchgears, MDB, MCC Panels, SMDB’s, DB’s and Control Panels. Reviewing the drawings, single line diagram, schematic and control wiring during FAT and raising concerns through Site Observation for necessary action by Construction Test and Specialist. Attends Technical Meeting with Main Contractor, Project Consultant and Client for any clarification on inspection, design and installation. Preparing Testing and Commissioning Method Statement for ELV and LV System as per Project Specification and applicable standards Preparing Inspection monitoring, QAQC reports and Commissioning Reports for Electrical System.

 For K + N Warehouse Project Phase 2 and FGBA, my role is as QA/QC Engineer for MEP works, attends site inspections, testing and commissioning and updates MEP daily accomplishment. Prepare QA/QC documents such as testing form, inspection request and ITP. Attends weekly coordination meeting with the contractors , project consultant and designers Daily routine of site inspection, witnessed all testing and commissioning activities prior to final acceptance of the Client. QA/QC Documentation and paper works for handing over Acquired knowledge on how to prepare O & M manuals submission for project handing over Review O & M Manual submitted by the Subcontractors. For Aegean Penthouse 2 Project, my role is as Project Engineer for supervising/ monitoring MEP works. Daily coordination with the Main Contractor and the Designers Estimation & Material take-off Site supervision for MEP Works installation & testing/commissioning Site Coordination & Walk-thru inspection with the Client, Consultant & Contractors Deals with DEWA required documents submission prior for LV inspection Coordination with DEWA Personnel / Authorities during LV Power distribution inspection. Well-coordinated in line with project technical meeting Responsible for conducting and witnessing testing and commissioning of HVAC and Electrical system
