Enterprise Production Lead, DriveSavers As Enterprise Production Lead at DriveSavers Data Recovery, I was responsible for managing the Enterprise Logical department, where I also performed logical data recovery for enterprise systems and helps to develop and test future utilities for data recovery projects. In my previous roles with DriveSavers, I went to great lengths to recover data from hard drives as an Enterprise Systems Engineer, and mastered computer investigative methodology as a Forensic Investigator.Primary Objectives- Perform Logical data recovery service for Enterprise systems, including but not limited to multiple filesystems such as EXT, XFS, NTFS, VMFS, NWFS, HFS+, NSS, and ZFS- Viewing multiple drives in Hex to determine RAID configurations- Manage the Enterprise Logical department- Interface with other departments such as Customer Service and IMG to ensure all jobs are handled smoothly and efficiently. - Help develop and test future utilities for Data Recovery projects.- Research and develop techniques for new or unknown filesystems- Interface with customers when large and complex systems are being set up for data recovery service- Work on escalated recoveries that have severe file system issues- Train and manage projects for Enterprise Logical Engineers
