I was responsible for boosting RIT Dining's online presence and engagement through content curation, graphic design, and video production. My role involved fostering positive connections across social media platforms and developing strategies to increase interactions with the RIT community, promoting dining locations, events, and community initiatives.I conducted regular interviews to gather feedback and drive service improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Staying current with social media trends and analytics is crucial, and ensured brand consistency across all channels while tracking and reporting on performance metrics.

During my junior year in high school, me and a select amount of students from Kohala High School were invited to visit a sister school in Okinawa. The company, JICE, wanted to strengthen the bond between the U.S. and Japan, and saw an opportunity to do that through the youth of both nations. Students from Okinawa came to visit Hawaii, where we would show them around, introduce them to the culture, as well as diving into the Japanese culture! About a month later, students from Kohala went to visit them in Okinawa, where they showed us the same hospitality we did to them, we got to immerse ourselves in the culture and form lifetime bonds!
