Phononics Technologies Ltd., is the start-up company, a partnership between the ELTA (IAI) and ICDAT (Israeli Center of Advance Diamond Technology) companies.Phononics is developing Microcrystalline Diamond (MCD) 4”&6” substrate technology and several types of GaN on MCD g-face and GaN on MCD, GaN on SiC and GaN on Si, n-face structures for ultra-high power transistors and MMICs manufacturing. As the CTO and co-founder, I reported directly to CEO and was responsible for all company technical activities, including technology development, equipment definition, purchasing or design, manufacturing, upgrading, and production transfer activities. My role also included process failure analysis and yield improvements, production tools redesign and optimization. Most of Phononics processes and products were based on my ideas and knowledge and developed with my highly educated team. Several products and processes patents pended.

As the CTO I report to the CEO. My job mainly consists of developing and upgrading of technology and playing important role in the research and development activites of Gal-El. The job also includes the failure analysis for MMICs line and sorting yield improvements. I should keep a close eye on the changing technological trends and should learn new technologies, which have been initially introduced in the market. I also undertake the task of discussing the technology strategy with the GAl-El's clients and customers. I have good managerial skills, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to grasp new technologies and concepts, ability to work in a team.
