Plans, directs, coordinates, manages, and reviews assigned areas of the logistics programs in Aviation (AH-64, OH-50, CH-47, and UH-60) and Missile Systems (Patriot) Produced equipment reports which encompass the operations and activities related to deployment, procurement, maintenance, supply, design, test, modifications, training, storage, and repair of aviation systems. Responsible for staff matters, operation of facilities, readiness, and all other aspects of logistical management by the organization of spreadsheets and electronic communication with the customers. Produced the materiel readiness posture reports of deployed units by merging data from multiple sources to create a single report, and to provide technical advice to superiors.. These reports allowed the aviation enterprises the ability to immediately assess the readiness status of over 650 aircraft and 40 missile batteries. Develops plans to realign, or move organizational assets. Plans and develops requirements for the Integrated Logistical Support programs for assigned systems. Receives and reviews planning documents such as Master Plans, Army Materiel Plans, and a variety of supporting logistical plans developed by the functional directorates and supporting organizations. Maintain cognizance over workloads, deadlines, priority programs, and operational trends in order to recognize problems, resolve conflicts, and institute corrective actions. Receives problems and proposals from the functional directorates and the field users, by expediting the results to the proper personnel orally or in writing.

: Responsible for the management, health, welfare, morale and the professional development of six Small Group Leaders and 265 students assigned to the Academy. Provided technical and tactical instructions and provided counseling throughout the course; Writes and reveiws lesson plans; prepares and reviews Academic Evaluation reports and supervises daily accountability formations and inspections. Manages the activities involved in the conduct of major training functions associated with military officer and enlisted individual/occupational skills training, including support services for the training conducted Training Corps. Solely responsible for resolving problems and for making critical decisions.
