Currently the Director of Network Engineering and Operations Support at Verizon Wireless. He oversees national policy and standards for power, space, cooling and infrastructure at all wireless facilities. His team is responsible for developing and maintaining standards as they relate to NECs, SAPs, MSCs, Cell Sites and Towers. The team continually looks for ways to implement new technologies and green energy solutions that align with Verizon's corporate sustainability goals and culture. In addition to the standards development, his team also has engineering and operational oversight for all Verizon Wireless Core Data Centers that are the backbone of the wireless network

Manage a team of 10 Data System Technicians and 14 Cell Technicians. Responsibilities included but not limited to the operation and maintenance of LTE, Digital voice, and Data technologies, Dark Fiber, as well as the installation of In-Building Systems, DAS, new cells and expansion of existing cells as required by customer growth. Responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the Branchburg 1,2 and 3 Mobile Switching Centers along with the Branchburg 3 and Wall SAP's(Data Centers) for all NNJ and NYM Data Traffic. This include 3g and 4g. . Direct, supervise and develop System Techs as well as organizing and planning the timely installation of facilities, translations, Switch/Data and peripheral software upgrades. Network equipment that this position is responsible for includes but is not limited to: Routers, Multi Layer Switches, 5ESS Switch, Dark Fiber, Voice Mail systems, PBX, DACS, and Power Equipment. Because this facility is a Network SAP (Service Aggregation Point) and TAP (Transport Aggregation Point) center, additional organizations such as NNO, EDN, and Area Planning are interfaced as well.Direct and supervise 14 Cell Technicians to ensure the proper maintenance and operations of over 400 locations which include Fiber HUB’s, Macro Cell sites, In-Building Repeater Design (IBRD) and Inside/Outside Distributed Antennas Systems (DAS), associated equipment, towers and facilities. Interface and provide support to all other local departments in the organization, such as: Construction, RF, Performance, Engineering and Transport on a daily basis to ensure growth schedules are being met.
