I work supporting customer for EMC, from anything to technical questions to critical issues such as production down with their Hardware. We support all products hardware and software, I work second shift so I generally deal with international callers from 6pm EST-10PM EST located in APJK.

I work as a Dayside logistics team member, my job responsibilities inlclude but are not limited to, helping guests as well as other team members in the store as well as in the backroom. Pulling items out of the backroom for guests and stocking the shelves on the floor. Backroom upkeep, making sure it is clean and everything is in the right place. Keeping everyone on task and working towards a goal of a clean backroom. Setting up the backroom for the overnight team.
