- Expanded work coverage from MLB NPI to ODM product development. Oversaw solution evaluation, electrical schematic design at early stage, to PCBA layout, mechanical design, firmware development, production tool development, and manufacturing at following stages.- In 2 years, handled 4 ODM projects with Honeywell International, including 2 major IoT security and comfort products, bringing in $3 million NRE to the company.- Hosted 1 to 2 meetings daily with Honeywell cross-functional teams. Consolidated, tracked, and supported RD to tackle engineering issues within planned schedule. - Responsible for MLB EPM team of 5 PMs to complete MLB development of iPhone 7+ and iPhone X from proto to MP. Successfully drove these 2 products on time to MP.- Before each build, planned build goals with Apple and establish CTBs to ensure readiness. Drove engineering team to close all open item before build.- During each build, planned and built more than 150 configurations based on designed purposes and factory constraints at 2 to 3 SMA lines and 2 testing lines.- Drove engineering teams, including around 700 members from EE, RF, SW, ME, QE to tackle design and process issues, meanwhile maintaining PCBA balance between bring-up / FA requirement and output requirement of 2 to 20K per build.- Hosted daily sync-up / wrap-up meetings and kick-off / main build entry / close meetings with Apple and internal team to summarize and communicate build status, blockers, and actions.- Gathered and allocated proper support and handle emergencies to maintain productivity during builds.- Finished 2 floor re-layout requirements in 6 months to allow iPhone X successfully kick-of in 2016

- For more than 20 engineering builds, drove engineering team to provide estimated budget, including labor, equipment/fixture, material, transportation, and others. Reviewed and pushed for leadership approval of 6 to 10million USD per build.- Transformed internal budget into estimated quotation to Apple to get PO before each build. PO on time delivery rate more than 90%.- Established budget review procedure to assist project leader in controlling build costs, resulting in 100% final quotation approval rate after negotiation.- Developed NPI supplier security system with tiered access and area control. Automatic and centralized system improve factory efficiency.- Developed class-A material track & trace system to NPI area. 0 leakage event occurs since implementation
