Director Of Asset Management
CurrentWorking collaboratively with the Vice Presidents of Finance, Residential Services, Human Resources and leadership teams throughout the organization, provide;- Strategic planning to maintain and increase the value of corporate assets and if possible maintain and/or decrease operating expenses.- Create analytics necessary to communicate recommendations to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Executive Team.- Make recommendations regarding potential enhancements with the goal of supporting organizational parity, consistency of systems, and the mitigation of loss.- Work with the Vice President of Finance and Finance Department to identify financial impact of various initiatives, savings or other improvements related to corporate purchasing capacity.- Work with the Vice President of Quality to assist with issues related to program facilities and property management.- Conduct post-launch assessment and review of newly implemented initiatives.- Work with the Human Resources Department to provide organizational training related to implementation of employee collective bargaining agreements.- Work with the Vice President of Human Resources and the Vice President of Quality to conduct internal program investigations, coordinate findings and recommendations with the team to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
