Joseph is a dynamic and dedicated young leader, exuding confidence and focus. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, he has built a strong foundation in legal drafting, international cooperation, leadership development, and project management. His impressive array of leadership certifications and accolades from both Cameroon and abroad highlight his commitment to excellence.Joseph counts ten years of experience in grants and project management, volunteering and working on grants project with several local organizations and international entities such as the United States Embassy in Yaounde, American Councils for International Education, and International Education and Resource Network. He served as a Grants Advisor for American Councils in Washington, DC, where he helped 66 youths all over the world to apply and implement a grant project in 2024. He equally implemented two $50.000 grants projects, from the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section to organize twoAlumni Symposiums and create the U.S. Exchange Alumni Network in Cameroon. Additionally, as the President of the Cameroon YES Alumni Association, Joseph worked on the implemention of about 100 projects since 2013. One of the most recent grant project he implemented was the “Let Her Speak” program funded by the U.S. Department of State to empower young Cameroonian girls with communication skills.Moreover, Joseph holds a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in International Law (Upper Second-Class Honours) from the University of Yaounde II. His academic background gave him a mastery of legal drafting, advocacy for human rights violations, computer programs, and digital technologies.Joseph is currently the managing partner of Joint Labour Consulting (JL Consulting), a firm that offers legal, administrative, and digital services to companies and organizations in Cameroon and around the world.
