Facilitating project through Shutdown Activities to be operational after Business Unit shutdown was completed.Ensure all are aware of specifications and work procedures and are utilized to ensure optimal efficiency.

Oversee daily field and office operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Architectural, Civil, Met gas construction and maintenance. Managed and supervised all work associated with the DuPont Project Facilities and Site Central Maintenance shop and associated area of Site services. Reviewed scopes, attended Contract Pre-bid meetings, and design and submittal reviews for new Perfumed or assisted in the modifying design of various levels such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation installation to meet DuPont industrial standards. Resolved problems or issue areas on projects by working in close cooperation with Engineers, Area Coordinators, and other Client Representatives. Served as a Contract Administrator or Manager of Lump-sum contractors performing work for DuPont (client). Performed Q/A-Q/C of Lump-sum contractors, Assisted in planning-scheduling, reviewed material take –offs, material procurement, receiving , shop production, field erection and quality control of several DuPont projects, cost jobs, and or process systems.
