*Create and develop the companies policies, documentations, administrative support and procedures. Monitor all processes to ensure compliance issues are intact , licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.*Planning, implementing and daily management of all security projects and operations for the company; continuous monitoring on their progress and make recommendations and changes whenever necessary. Conduct regular site visits inspection as and when required.*Responsible for recruiting, supervising and training of security personnel as well an enforcing discipline when required*Control and monitoring of security operational expenses, financial control on projects, submitting proposal and documentation processes*Implement strategic business development locally and overseas, meeting new clients for potential business opportunities as well maintaining and fostering relationship with existing clients and industry peers*Keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations *Operational planning and carrying out Executive Protection tasks as and when required for specific clients

*Primarily responsible for proactively developing and establishing relationships with a broad range of clientele and business development to capture the contracts and events throughout Asia region and beyond. *Executive Protection duties for exclusive clienteles, UHNWI and VVIPs. Operating globally, to organise, manage and implement Executive Protection team for deployment for the above to ensure security, transportation and travel logistics are effectively met and implemented accordingly.*Training and development of Executive Protection & Security related courses; Lead instructor in Krav Maga Defensive Tactics System and Firearms training course for private clientele, corporations and government units.*Stays abreast of competition and industry trends that may impact security operations. Conduct business intelligence gathering and respond appropriately and effectively.*Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards on various deployment and events assigned as well evaluating performance, or disciplining.*Plan and coordinate security operations and implement appropriate measures for special and high risk events.*Driving Customer Service across all areas of delivery.*Operational leadership and critical decision making when applicable or as required.

* Provide Executive Protection duty for the safety and personal security for a UHNWI & family members.* Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities via investigation, proactive means, site visits, and pre planning security at events on a daily basis. Review material, conduct investigations and counter surveillance to ensure the safety and security of the Principle.* Travel with the Principal as needed including extended worldwide travel, following operational plans and trip requirements as directed.* Maintain proficiency in relevant protective services training, as required by for the Executive Protection Team and Drivers on a regular basis.* Manage and maintenance of the Residential Security operations and electronic security systems for the relevant locations as well all facet of operation pertaining the executive protection for the principle.* Responsible for administrative duties, recruitment, development of the EP Team and management of daily operations.

*Team Leader for Executive Protection team with operations spanning over 3 geographic locations (Hong Kong, Macau & Manila) comprising of over 25-30 personnel in the provision Close Protection duties to the Chairman and immediate family members to ensure their safety and safety is not compromised; Implement stringent security measure and due diligence for the above in a variety of environment to include corporate, residential and academic locations as well as social events domestically and overseas as situations warrant and as directed. * Continuous risk assessment surveys of daily operations and special functions to define, implement and execute appropriate security measures, and make appropriate recommendations for procedures and systems required for maintaining and enhancing overall organization of the Executive Protection team to safeguard the security of the Principle and family members. *Tasked as Instructor to conduct regular in house VIP Protection training for all members of the Executive Protection Team and periodic updates on the job as required including 3rd Party Protection, Firearms Training, Escort Formation, Vehicle Drills and IED searches. * Conduct Security advances and logistical supports for events, venues and travel activities in Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Asia region and beyond. Operate in a highly dynamic environment while facing aggressive time constraints in domestic and international settings. *Interact in a professional manner with other Senior Executives and other departments, external security personnel or other external individuals for all facet pertaining security and safety arrangement of the Principle as it requires.

*Initially employed by the late Dr.Mike Murad - C.E.O. of International Bank of Asia(IBA) as the Manager for the Corporate Wellness Programme. I was brought on board and redesigned and managed a fully comprehensive Fitness Centre and develop pioneering concept in Corporate Wellness Programme at the Banks Headquarter and managed a full team of in house instructors and sub contractors from health & fitness industry. Also assigned direclty as Personal Trainer and Wellness Adviser to the C.E.O., to ensure his health and well being is optimised through regular exercise and dietary plan.*Due to the close working relationship I had developed with the C.E.O. and as a direct result and the significant impact of the 9/11 incident. I was selected and undertook formal training in Close Protection in early 2002. This naturally progressed onto the role of providing Executive Protection for the CEO on a daily basis. The role also expanded to providing Executive Protection to other visiting VIP guests to the bank and included visiting Dignitaries and Royal Family members from the Middle East region, Former Head of State, Finance Ministers and other VIPs.*In April 2005; due to company restructuring, IBA was acquired by Fubon Bank (Taiwan); I was internally transferred to Security Division and served in the capacity as Security Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Security, my main duties involved the Executive Protection for the Chairman and immediate family members of Fubon Bank (Taiwan and Hong Kong Ltd). *In addition, I was also responsible for the overall physical, electronic and procedural security system for the banks headquarter, their offsite operational centers, regional offices and retail branches throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon and the NT Region. Other roles included being the principle liaison for on behalf of the bank for various Law Enforcement Agencies and criminal investigations related matters.
