With over five years of experience in the automotive industry and a passion for technology, I decided to pursue a career in cybersecurity. I completed the Cybersecurity Boot Camp Professional Certificate Program from The University of Texas at Austin, where I learned the fundamentals of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. I also earned the CompTIA Security+ certification, which validates my skills in risk identification and management, data management and analysis, cloud implementation and management, logical reasoning and troubleshooting, automation implementation, access management, and application security and protection.Currently, I work as an Instructional Specialist at edX, a leading online learning platform that offers courses from top universities and organizations. In this role, I support the development and delivery of the Cybersecurity Program, a comprehensive and hands-on training program that prepares learners for careers in cybersecurity. I collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and edX staff to create engaging and effective learning materials, assessments, and feedback mechanisms. I also communicate with learners, answer their questions, and provide them with guidance and resources. I enjoy being part of a team that empowers learners to achieve their goals and advance their careers in cybersecurity.
