As a system engineer with DPI, provided analysis, design, and implementation to suit customer needs. With their multiple sites, the solution to their need is to link several Cisco routers via frame relay network to the central location and out to internet. This design provided them with the cost saving and interconnectivity that they require. With security in mind, I strongly recommended a firewall at their central office where they have the internet connection to the outside world.

I manage the entire network for DSC and provide technical support for onsite technicians at Social Security Administration, Patent and Trade Office. As a network engineer/project manager, at ICN, I participated in client needs assessment, network design and installation /site implementation. These network configurations can be a mixture of network operating systems and various hardware platforms. Upon completion of each project, I am responsible for designing and implementing training presentations to meet client’s needs. All projects are tied to strict deadlines which I have been able to meet. In this fast paced, dynamic, work environment I often managed multiple assignments at one time. I review and approve service billings to clients as well as procure parts from various vendors for third party equipment.
