I am a licensed Life Insurance Producer, Colorado Division of Insurance. I am trained in Anti-Money Laundering, NAIC Annuity Suitability in Transactions, Fiduciary, and WFGIA Annual Compliance. I have completed Continuous Education (CE) courses for asset protection, retirement, and annuity products. Currently appointed with Nationwide, Transamerica, Pacific Life, and several other A plus rated financial service providers. I conduct team member hiring interviews and recurring training. I assist clients by providing financial literacy, personal financial reviews, and recommendations using product illustrations. I attend approximately 100 training sessions each year to improve my self-development and product base knowledge. Subject matter expert for the development and implementation of emergency response planning documents, training courses, and contingency exercises. Command and control primary Emergency Management representative. Approving authority for emergency response equipment purchases, fire safety inspection reports, and employees daily work schedule. Fulfilled the Training, Operations, Plans and Programs, and in a supervision capacity at various degrees according to the designated operating location. Performed the duties of emergency management writer, instructor, coordinator, responder, equipment maintainer/operator, evaluator, and manager. Managed and coordinated various peacetime, wartime, major accident, and natural disaster response programs stateside and overseas in high-threat areas. Conducts additional duties as required by location to include facility manager, security manager, deployment manager, control center operator, and career field trainer.
