Cash flow was maximized via match funding of equipment lease terms.Leadership and General Management – Monitored and enhanced a business model that developed a customer base of large creditworthy customers allowing company to maximize its financial leverage and return on capital employed. Equipment procurement practices and conservative residuals consistently resulted in profitable equipment dispositions. General Manager during Cessation of Operations – With President, recommended Havi divest Primms as the company was no longer a strategic fit for the parent organization. Sixteen maintenance facilities in ten states were transitioned to customers and / or competitors from January through November 2008. From July forward, held full responsibility for closure of final three facilities. With a goal of maintaining Havi’s excellent reputation in a cost effective manner, met all obligations to customers, vendors and employees. Primms was a full service vehicle lease and maintenance provider. Wholly owned subsidiary of Havi Group, the largest global supplier to McDonald’s restaurants. With revenues of approximately $40 million, Primms developed a market niche with its expertise in the maintenance of refrigerated equipment for major food service companies utilizing multi-temperature trucks and trailers.
