● Designed, developed, modified, debugged, and tested software for high-throughput data processing for infrared cameras and robotic surgical imaging using the Python programming language.● Used Computer Vision techniques to track, record, identify, and draw bounding boxes around Aruco codes, faces, objects, bar codes, QR codes, and image text in camera input.● Used Text to Speech to have device voice image recognition results, and Speech to Text to record audio and trigger functions by voice.● Split screen into windows, created masks to filter colors, identified and tracked HSV ranges in fluorescent images. ● Assigned keys to take screenshots, pause, fast forward, and backtrack mp4 videos.

● Used the R programming language to perform a comprehensive data analysis of the leaked cache of chat logs from the ransomware group Conti, which contained 393 json files from the instant messaging service Jabber.● Cleaned the raw data, removing non-textual characters and stopwords. Performed term-frequency analysis on word dictionaries for all users, created wordclouds for key users, and ranked how important each word is to the collection of chat logs for any given user using the tf-idf statistic.● Implemented topic modeling to cluster the text messages and discover distinct topics discussed in the chat collection.● Mined the chat logs for websites, email, bitcoin, and IP addresses. ● Learned technologies like Python 3, Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, and SQL as well as industry best practices for exploratory data analysis, data collection and processing, statistical modeling, data visualization, machine learning techniques, data science process, and big data.● Created a dashboard that visualizes ELA Test Results data from the Department of Education upon selection of demographic, year, or type of measurement, using Python, HTML, Plotly, Dash, and Bootstrap.● Collaborated with a partner to develop a web application that can classify happy and sad facial expressions using the Real-world Affective Faces Database, Logistic Regression Image Classification, Python, Flask, and HTML.● Worked in a 4-person team, in a 5-day Hackathon, to develop a demo for an online time management app that estimates the amount of time a student needs to study to attain their desired grade in a particular course. Contributed by creating the Front-end of the website using Python and the PyWebIO library web framework

● Participated in BetaNYC’s NYC Civic Innovation Fellowship, where we studied NYC government, history, and Open Data. Learned to use tools capable of filtering and visualizing data, such as Open Data Platform, Boardstat, Data Wrapper, and Excel.● Together with a partner, built slide decks and held 3 virtual Open Data classes to teach 10-30 members of the public how to use various online tools to access Open Data.

● Created a pipeline using Bash, R, and Python, to locate cancer hotspots in the human genome and align 2,857 tumor samples to the human genome to acquire coverage data.● Utilized multiple alignment softwares, including BWA mem, Bowtie 2, and bbmap, to realign tumor samples’ unmapped reads to the human genome to increase the quantity of coverage at the human genome's cancer hotspots.● Assembled a written report and a PowerPoint presentation, summarizing the process in a flowchart, and the datasets in bar plots and boxplots.● Orally presented the results to a group of 10+ interns and hospital personnel.
