Purpose: To ensure employees are trained in the shops1. Job Training:Shop manager informs Trainer of the employee to be trained and provides all needed contact information as well as the position they will be trained for.Schedule is provided (Scheduled the same shifts as the Trainer for the first week, following the first week the manager will schedule the employee as needed for the shop)Checklist outlines what material will be covered and when.New hire will be enrolled into all needed courses and added to the stores group within the courses.Job training conducted on site following the job training checklistMaterial is covered for each course and test employees on materials in Moodle.Moodle results are reviewed and follow up is conducted with the employee. If test results are low the new employee will have to retake the quiz before moving forward. A minimum pass score will be outlined for each course.Conduct hands on testing of each process to ensure comprehension of the workload.2. Review Moodle Required Readings:When a new required reading is posted in moodle the scores will be checked daily for the shop the trainer works in until all members of the shop have completed the course and passed with a 100% scoreThe list of employees who have not completed the course will be contacted each working day until they do so. The list of employees will also be provided to the shop manager.For any employee not scoring 100% they will be contacted and trained on the material. The employee will also need to take the test again until a score of 100% is reached.3. Weekly Review of “Education in Cannabis” GradesReview courses in the Education in Cannabis category to locate any employees working in the shop that have taken the course.4. Attend Monthly Educator MeetingsCome prepared to take notes and learn of new processes in the company as well as future opportunities in training.

Under the supervision of the Fleet Supervisor, perform basic repairs on the car2go vehicles and replace damaged car2go technical equipment (i.e. running basic system checks, updating software, and replacing the car2go membership card scanner.) Train new and active service personnel when required. Organize and, under the supervision of the Fleet Supervisor, audit all fleet equipment, keys, tools, logs, etc. Observe, track and log all fleet activities. Track and process all damaged equipment to be sent for rework.
