Hurricane Response-DeploymentInitiated communication between vessel owners whose vessels were affected by Hurricane Maria, to ensure a timely decision was made in order to prevent any excess environmental damage. Translated between Spanish-speaking citizens, salvage companies, the U.S. Coast Guard, and any other involved party, resulting in the closure of 98% of cases. Maintained multiple logs and documents in conjunction to over 300 cases, which contained Personal Identifiable Information. Constantly kept open communications with over 30 people via text, phone calls, and emails, ensuring the maximum amount of people were being assisted, which allowed an increase of cases being closed.
