Upcoming start date. Provides support on the Sage 100 ERP accounting system. Database and inventory management to include ordering, stock records and processing work-orders. Existing process review and development. Implementation of Six Sigma DMAIC ideals into these processes. Planned to assist development of a Garmin GPS system and cartography to aid employees in site navigation and improve overall job site travel times. Also to provide any assistance as required.

Assisted the Plans and Operations Manager with the coordination, planning and synchronization of multiple Fleet Readiness' and provided analysis of all processes and equipment status'. Coordinated continuous missions as assigned to meet Army operational needs and tracked additional equipment such as Unit Basic Load, Authorized Stocks List and Prescribed Load Listings. Created and developed a complex mapping project to plan for the Graphical Asset Representation (GAR) Module in AWRDS and implemented planning results into that system. Provided spatial analysis data and planning information to determine most efficient and safest use of storage space. Researched each piece of equipment and warehouse layouts using the Army Master Data File, aerial photographs and equipment specifications to ensure accurate attributes. Established, updated and revised official warehouse maps and layouts for weekly reporting to the US Army as well as incorporating their special requests. Served as the primary POC for this project and Administrator over the planning system. Provided training to all personnel in the directorate in a self-designed three block training course. Developed further training courses to incorporate the Graphical Asset Representation System in AWRDS. Wrote SQL within the AWRDS Database and exported data to enhance reporting accuracy and frequency. Assisted with testing and implementation of the Army Mobility Asset Tracking System (AMATS) designed to track the geo-location of all Army assets.

Responsible to the Theater Support Stocks/Sustainment Brigade Set Manager for controlling and managing maintenance and readiness for two fleets of vehicles. Working for the manager to consolidate, report and track readiness, contingency planning, and accountability for several battalion sets of equipment and supplies. Coordinating with the Maintenance Division, Material Management Center, Storage Division, and Plans & Operations Manager to meet mission requirements. Utilizing Microsoft office programs to track, maintain, and keep historical data of all vehicles and items.

Started as a Cellar Worker in the Meridian luxury wine cellar. Duties included receiving and sorting of grapes, tracking lot numbers, preparing/adding chemicals, pump operation and maintaining a clean workspace. After being certified on forklift operation, workload expanded to include loading/unloading trucks, dumping bins of new and waste grapes, stacking wine barrels and operating the press. Operated all forklifts on site from 4,000 lbs to 8,000 lbs with dumping and rotating auxiliary controls.

Ensured all missions related to the Supply Department were synchronized and executed within established timelines, and kept the Supply Management and the Logistics & Maintenance Operations Center informed through all phases of the process. Promoted communication between sections responsible for executing assigned duties. Tracked progress and validated completion of all missions assigned to the supply department. Generated reports daily to reflect the status of those missions or to forward information to the appropriate sections.

Issued rolling and non-rolling stock to American and foreign units throughout the Middle East in support of the OEF, OND, and OIF missions. Coordinated directly with military personnel and multiple sections to ensure 100% accountability. Provided visibility of equipment by tracking and reporting statuses to multiple sections daily. Reviewed material release orders, property transfers, hand receipts and any other associated documentation to ensure all items had been prepared for issue. Assisted in prepping a 95% draw from brigade stocks during a contract-wide mission to ensure all equipment was accounted for before transfer. Revised section processes, established training and safety class schedules.

Continued Working in the Central Receiving/Shipping Point in support of the Redistribution Property Accountability Team’s mission. Tracked items through the supply system and provided inventory adjustment reports for any discrepancies. Utilized AWRDS, FEDLOG and SLAMIS as researching tools. Provided support for the Assistant Supply Manager as the admin personnel, creating PowerPoint presentations and generating specific spreadsheets and graphical data when requested. Attended management meetings and provided minutes as outlined by the contract data requirement listing. Gave safety briefs to personnel on site.

Worked in a Central Receiving/Shipping Point, receiving items from deployed units by preparing the required documentation. Identified shortages and researched items to ensure they were shipped to the correct destinations. Performed location surveys and generated proper paperwork when none was available. Reported all discrepancies to the Supervisor. Promoted to Team Lead within the first two weeks of work.

Managed Property under the 44th Signal Battalion. Duties involved generating and sending reports to all companies, transferring items in/out of the property books, scheduling and performing cyclic and annual inventories, ordering and receiving items, reconciling any discrepancies within the PBUSE system and also keeping accurate records. Assisted with property book splits when the unit was preparing for deployment.

SAMS-1e Operator for both Engineer and Support Battalions. Kept accurate records of vehicle history, entered/deleted vehicles, updated service packets/schedules, ordered/received parts, maintained on-hand stock, stored vehicle parts, entered and maintained man-hour records, filing, etc. Worked with one soldier to manage Head Quarters and Charlie Companies and assisted with Bravo and Alpha Co. if needed.

Contracted Site Manager for a support battalion’s Supply Support Activity (SSA). Work-load involved receiving, shipping, issue, turn-in and storage of authorized stocks in support of the direct theater units, deployed units and continental US shipments. Assisted in reset operations for the support battalion. Stored POL items and was certified in storage and handling of hazardous materials. Experienced in installation and de-installation of system components of the Standard Army Retail Supply System 1. Managed an eleven man crew and assisted the company in the hiring of new employees. Managed Stock Record accounts and received many shipments outside of our system in order to route them to the correct facilities.

Started as a Field Assistant. Dealt with installation of chlorine gas meter systems for agriculture and operating crane to change out/transport chlorine tanks. Utilized a GPS device to land-navigate to customer wave points. Assisted in Water and Waste-water treatment plant operations when crane support or extra personnel was needed. Promoted to Lead Field Operator and dealt directly with the customers. Worked overtime as needed to complete tasks. Led project to re-organizing and inventory all stocks at the headquarters.
