Hello, I am Joe Luetke. I am a Government Contracting Consultant at Skyway Acquisition. I specialize in providing government contractors the CO’s perspective on pre-award, post-award and strategy so they become more confident. I’m retired from the US Air Force, where I spent 16 years of my 22 years of service at different levels in the Air Force Contracting. I’ve been a contract specialist, contracting officer, and have transformed organization’s function and flow. I’ve worked procurements and contract management both state-side and overseas. I’m DAWIA III-certified in Contracting. During my career in the US Air Force, I managed complex multi-million-dollar projects, developed policy and procedures as well as provided excellent customer service within the federal Analytical Skills. I demonstrated leadership skills, adaptability, and work ethic through a series of increasingly responsible and challenging roles in both the Contracting and Weapons Handling sectors. I joined Skyway Acquisition to help bring context to Government Contracting, by assisting Government Contractors and helping them become more confident as they do business with the US Government.
