As a Tech Support Intern (TSI) at Hinsdale Central High School (HCHS), I provided direct technical assistance and support to HCHS students, including hardware and software issues with the school-issued Chromebooks. Duties included greeting students with Chromebook issues, answering TSI phone calls, creating TSI logo and slogan, creating and maintaining LinkedIn profiles, basic troubleshooting prior to opening tickets, creating, recording troubleshooting and repairs, closing, and maintaining service tickets in Spiceworks system, sending emails and delivering passes to students after closing tickets, in-depth troubleshooting on Chromebook repairs such as broken power buttons, charging failures, WiFi failures, keyboard, battery, speaker, and motherboard replacements, and cracked LCDs, updating Chrome Operating System, troubleshooting issues with Canvas, Learning Central, and related educational apps,training and becoming certified in Microsoft Office 2016 software programs via Certiport, and other duties/projects as assigned.

I help teach kids how to code at the learning environment in the Code Ninjas Center.
