To be the analytical champion in the department, supporting the department on price/product mix optimums, modelling, tracking initiatives against earnings before interest and tax targets.2. To assume responsibility for process development, ownership and leadership in Market Intelligence, Stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management, Market to Resource Optimisation (Marketing element), Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Budgeting and Business Performance Management.3. To take on the strategic role of performing Market Analysis across all geographies and market segments, to compile and propose a Market Strategy for the Company for discussion in the M&L team, and for submission to the Coal Operations Committee/Executive Committee.4.
