I coached clients across the country in discovering how to align their money with their highest values, and then implement academic-based investment strategies in order to experience more financial confidence and peace of mind.

I spent five years helping clients build financial plans and investment strategies to preserve, grow, and transfer their wealth in a tax-efficient manner. This entailed helping align clients' finances with their personal life goals, visions, values, and aspirations using unique and creative tools. Leveraging the asset management, financial planning, risk protection, trust services and solutions of Wachovia Securities, and then the private bank and wealth management services of Wells Fargo Advisors, I helped clients grow and preserve wealth so they could achieve their most important financial goals. I also collaborated with clients’ tax and legal advisors to plan tax-advantaged wealth distribution as part of proper estate planning.

In this role I provided clients of Fleet Bank (later, Bank of America) with a full range of investment, insurance and financial planning services. I also assisted clients in developing and implementing appropriate and diversified asset allocations based on their financial goals, total assets, risk tolerance and time horizon.

As a senior member of a newly-created employment law unit supporting the Northeast region of the Postal Service, I acted as advice liaison, and served as lead counsel in litigating and resolving employment law cases in eight districts. In addition, I served as the regional representative on the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee monitoring the effectiveness of the Postal Service’s mediation program and exploring other potential ways to implement ADR processes.
