Provided` oversight to in vivo leads on cross-functional project teams, developed and implemented strategy for drug progression to Phase 1. • Managed diverse and highly productive group of 14 bench scientists, including Principal Scientists and Distinguished Scientist providing in vivo model support for antithrombotic, COPD/PH, heart failure, kidney disease and dyslipidemia targets. • Developed novel pulmonary hypertension platform in small and large animal to assess target engagement and model compound exposure with inhaled agents. • Successfully delivered a preclinical candidate for inhaled delivery with high selectivity/long duration and translatable biomarkers of target engagement. • Led highly motivated in vivo inhalation team that delivered months ahead of schedule.
