• Real time performance monitoring of over 500 Million dollars of wind turbine assets within Canada, production, power curves, reactive power, voltage, faults, warnings and communication for both transmission and distribution purposes. • Maintain operations service monitor with current information for each service area, accessible to all members of the technical departments and field service managers.• Dispatch of service technicians to turbines across Canada.• Provide technical assistance to field level technicians.• Development of Enercon control room working methods, procedures and documentation with the goal to unify all field and technical operations.• Responsible for distribution and tracking of all daily health & safety related permits such as Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Out and Hot Works.• Data analysis of faults, warnings and others information to produce part & material failure trends, to take proactive action to reduce production loss. • Training of new service station site managers, and in house service operators. • Professional correspondence with but not limited to customers and provincial utilities control rooms such as Nova Scotia Power Inc. (NS), Hydro-Quebec (QC), Hydro One (ON), ATCO (AB) & BC Hydro (BC).

• Coordinate daily responsibilities and duties to service technicians located in NS, ON, AB & BC. To ensure adherence to turbine preventative maintenance regimes and required trouble shooting. • Plan and execute major component exchanges, which can include contractors and crane services.• Travel to site on a regular basis to with technicians on turbines, performing all duties and • Perform managerial duties such as but not limited to performance appraisals, monitoring, coaching, disciplinary action, enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Additionally perform onsite inspections to ensure proper adherence to company policies, procedures and PPE requirements.• Handling and verification of service and maintenance reports. • Develop annual budgets for each service station. • Prepare monthly reports to review adherence to Key Performance Indicators with managing director and technical supervisor.• Professional correspondence with but not limited to customers and provincial utilities control rooms such as Nova Scotia Power Inc. (NS), Hydro-Quebec (QC), Hydro One (ON), ATCO (AB) & BC Hydro (BC).• Material requisitions and tracking from and to the central warehouse, for required parts and materials, along with technician tools and personal protective equipment.• Coordinate technical and safety training of field technicians and the training department to maintain all required certifications to work safely in this industrial setting.
